He's missing all weight cuts but a lot of times it's by 3 pounds so his body can't handle it (shows in his fights) or he is lazy which is a shame for a former champion.

In my opinion Hendricks is one of those special cases where he's undersized to be fighting at 185 and can't make 170 so unless it's some 175 or 180 catchweight fight he's fucked.
