I really think Petersen is an elite coach, but trying to go 80 yards against Bama with under 2 minutes is super questionable. Would have loved 10-7 half if I'm Petersen. He certainly fucked you. It was a good bet, it just didn't win.
Bama is just a slightly better Michigan. Not an insult as Michigan is quite good. Super stout on defense, but no one really scary on offense. Bama defense is just much more opportunistic than Michigan. They score every fucking week in addition to being stout. But all this unbeatable talk is strange. They're favorites, but I feel like I've seen better Bama teams. A lot of Bama teams have had just slightly worse defenses than this year's versions but also much better wr's and rb's than they have this year. They win because they simply wear teams down and score so many defensive touchdowns. Their offense is pedestrian.
College football putting these playoffs on NYE has really fucked up my, when do I start drinking? conundrum. I'm getting old dammit. It's hard to go 3PM-3AM like in my twenties. I'll pull it off, but I'll pay tomorrow rather than shake it off in 15 minutes like a young man.

my advice...start when the OSU game starts to have a nice buzz going by the time JT is leading the bucks down the field for the winning TD at around 1030ET...then just start pounding like a mother fucker...
