I disagree. Millions of people didn't vote because they live in predetermined blue/red states. If popular vote mattered, most of those people would vote. So to say Hillary won popular vote is not true. Only losers are dwelling on this topic.

Problem is FPS is confusing first past the post and electoral college problems. The two have separate problems. First past the post is not unique to electoral college and happens in every system where you have more than two candidates running.I disagree.
