100% correct. But they simply lack the depth to understand this. They see it. But it doesn't fit their world view. Hence their failure to comprehend it in a meaningful way. Same as all of the smart people missing what was happening with Brexit. It doesn't make the decision right or wrong. But failing to grasp what was happening and why is a leak, just like Big Dick's dick.
It feels like a pretty straightforward formula. Is the number of predominantly older, largely non-educated Dem crossovers+millenials voting Trump because of wanting to see system burn after Bernie losing> business and security moms who are typically R voters, but may vote Hillary. I don't know the answer, but this is where it's won or lost. Also educated R's being Trump +5 instead of +20 is a problem for him, but I think that number is mostly those security moms and business people, so redundant.
I live at ground zero of Trump's chance to win. Always blue Ohio county that seems to my eye and ear to love Trump. If it's going to go blue, it's legit the most silent majority ever. Trump is here every week. He made that first pivot speech after hiring Kelly Anne Conway here. A week later he was back a mile from my house with a large crowd at county fair. Unless there are Columbus neighborhoods full of security moms who are scared by Trump, I don't like her chances in Ohio at all. Winning my county by big margins is the difference in always close state race. I'm pretty sure it isn't happening.
Florida is always hard to poll. It's usually bluer than projected. There are tons of Puerto Ricans that have flooded in that are breaking Hillary like 88/12 and fully eligible to vote. I think Florida is a bigger problem for Trump than Ohio.
It's an interesting race. I vacillate on result daily. Trump has enthusiasm gap and seems on good trajectory.
What will be interesting is if the debates are non-factors. If most consider them a slight Hillary win or draw. I'm actually curious to see if enthusiasm with incredibly shitty ground game and organization can trump excellent data and demographic advantages.
If trump fucks up in debates badly, he's done. Hillary can get zinged in debates, but short of fainting, she won't make a fatal error.

hillary having some sort of medical issue during the debate is the wildcard here. remember when she returned late to the debate stage during a break in the democratic primary debate cause she was in the bathroom? god help her if anything like that happens again
On August 13, trump had a 12% chance to win 5 weeks later he's at 40.6%.
If Hillary faints during the debate, that would be great just for the lulz
When I try to figure this election out, I always ask WWDD? Would would Druff do? I expect he'll pull lever for Trump if he's registered in California, as it doesn't matter. But in a swing state? That's a hard call when you're a successful lifelong Republican. I know he's never voting Hillary. I know he's said he's not voting Trump, but when that time comes, could he really sit it out? A chance to vote against Hillary? Maybe, because he still has to tuck Ben in every night and he doesn't want to fade the small chance Trump has us in a Cuban Missle Crisis every 6 months, but it's easy to talk yourself into your candidate. The Republicans I know who are vowing to sit it out, I don't know if I believe any of them. Not because they're necessarily lying, but it's going to be one of those in the booth decisions. I trust the women to sit it out far more than men. As men, we're always like,"fuck it, how bad can it be?"

why do I get the feeling that only white people are represented in these polls? Who the fuck is participating in these samples? Because actively participating in politics to that extent is strictly a white thing.
I finally found a Trump supporter -- this morning when I went to buy coffee. (I noticed a Trump bumper sticker on his car.)
“Hi,” I said. “Noticed your Trump bumper sticker.”
“Yup,” he said, a bit defensively.
“I hope you don’t mind my asking, but I’m curious. Why are you supporting him?”
“I know he’s a little bit much,” said the Trump supporter. “But he’s a successful businessman. And we need a successful businessman as president.”
“How do you know he’s a successful businessman?” I asked.
“Because he’s made a fortune.”
“Has he really?” I asked.
“Of course. Forbes magazine says he’s worth four and a half billion.”
“That doesn’t mean he’s been a success,” I said.
“In my book it does,” said the Trump supporter.
“You know, in 1976, when Trump was just starting his career, he said he was worth about $200 million,” I said. “Most of that was from his father.”
“That just proves my point,” said the Trump supporter. “He turned that $200 million into four and a half billion. Brilliant man."
“But if he had just put that $200 million into an index fund and reinvested the dividends, he’d be worth twelve billion today,” I said.
The Trump supporter went silent.
"And he got about $850 million in tax subsidies, just in New York alone," I said.
More silence.
"He's not a businessman," I said. "He's a con man. "Hope you enjoy your coffee."

I would definitely vote for kanye in 2020.
Trump is the leader of a populist movement that encompasses multiple ideologies, races, religions, and skin colors. Does that include racist and xenophobes? Yes, but that's certainly a minority overall. You are making sweeping generalizations of populist movement, and thats obviously asinine.

Ku Klux Klan Grand Dragon Will Quigg Endorses Hillary Clinton for President
Now, though, he says he's changing his tune.
"We want Hillary Clinton to win," he said. "She is telling everybody one thing, but she has a hidden agenda. She’s telling everybody what they want to hear so she can get elected, because she’s Bill Clinton’s wife, she’s close to the Bushes. Once she’s in the presidency, she’s going to come out and her true colors are going to show. Border policies are going to be put in place. Our second amendment rights that she’s saying she’s against now, she’s not against. She’s just our choice for the presidency."
Should i assume that all Hilary supporters are racist because a kkk grand dragon changed his support from Donald Trump to Hilary Clinton?
Please name one successful billionaire, that isn't a a trust fund baby, that isn't an asshole?.
Steve Jobs had this perception of being some billionaire trendy social justice warrior. In reality the guy was a major asshole, who had employees working like slaves, and im not talking about the foxconn factories in china. Yet he still is revered by millions of people and is treated like some media darling. I guess you just have to perpetuate a facade in public, in order to be an asshole in private.
