no one could have predicted pena would come back from an injury that horrific that well. that was a belt-worthy showing on the ground.

you know... that could explain all the weird funky camp drama (no puns intended) that he went through with uriah etc.

Cain is still a monster even though I've never been sold on Browne. His kicks surprised me a bit.

What could be the real main event is up next with Edgar/Aldo.

Unfortunately Frankie too fixated trying to take Aldo down. This score is gonna be ugly. 50-45 maybe 49-46. Aldo just fought smarter the whole fight. What fight was the judge watching who had it 48-47?

    I agree.

From a discipline standpoint it was a work of art by Aldo. He didn't need to be flashy to win he just needed to be smart by picking Edgar apart without taking any risks like throwing his big leg kicks that could get caught since Edgar was going to be well prepared for them.

Edgar was once the top guy at 155 and Aldo makes his punches look like he has no business fighting at 145.

I had it 49-46 also but don't think 48-47 is that big a stretch.
Let me just put it this way, if that's the worst decision that happens tonight, the UFC will be having a great night.

Silva to win by White rigging then will fight Bisbing for the title.

Or he dies in the ring.

Hmm yeah I commend Silva for bailing out giving DC an opponent I don't think Silvas gonna fair too well. He's already never gone past 1 rnd in his 205 fights and he likely isn't in close to decent shape after being laid up for 6 weeks. Silvas cardio is a potential major issue. DC never loses if he gets two takedowns and he's got one already. If Silva makes it the distance it's a moral victory

    2nd takedown 30sec into rnd 2

Holy Christ 128 strikes for DC 18 for Silva. It's a rout.

These fans are so disrespectful when their frustration should be with Jon Jones. What really did they expect from this fight?

The UFC could have just kept DC from fighting or saved money by hiring this guy for $300 to replace Jon Jones:

Dana has a strict 1 WWE wrestler per card limit. Side note. I'm begining to completely believe Dana And Vince are in business together in some way since they just hyped a fake fight of Lesnar coming up and the WWE2k17. Maybe that was Vince's price to borrow Brock.

A few times in this fight I get this feeling Brock Lesnar wanted to WWE style body slam Mark Hunt.
