so if what 4dragons said is true(ie trump had no involvement other than getting paid to let trump u use his name) then the Plaintiffs should automatically win their lawsuit. Namely, isn't the whole basis for their lawsuit that they got tricked into forking over money because they thought they were paying to learn from trump (ie how he uses his expertise and knowledge to invest in real estate), but in reality trump had nothing to do with trump u. You'd think if trump were innocent he'd be blaming the people who ran trump u and would have filed a claim against them. Maybe he has. I haven't checked the case file yet. But you have to think he'd be raising a stink saying he was duped by the operators of trump u if he was innocent. Instead he just says the case is political (even though it was filed before he ran for POTUS)

I can only speculate that this is more about protecting brand equity and image, especially since the guy is running for President of The United States of America.
Billonaires can usually buy their way out of stupid shit like this, which is why maybe Trump went off the handle because his legal team may have already given significant donations to this judge to get the verdict they want down the line, but this judge isn't playing ball. One can only speculate as to why the judge isn't playing ball, but i'm not gonna mention that he's from Indiana, is born in the USA, and most likely doesn't have any of the same preconceptions that another born in the USA American, El Gallo, may have in their dislike of Trump. Because mentioning that is somehow racist, like Trump.
