you could move to Canada to keep playing on stars, course if you are having a problem to get into mexico Canada would be interesting. that being said there is a border town Blane WA close enough to Canada that you can lock on to some Canadian Cell data. and play from the us as the cell signal will be coming from Canada no one would know you are in the USA..... I may or may not have seen some one doing this. with noo problems.
