I wouldn't have had a problem with the decision going the other way, but it wasn't a blow out fight like some of you guys are making it out to be. Using those striking figures to score the fight is like trying to score a boxing match with Compubox numbers.
At least my Rory will know how to game plan for Lawler next time around.

point fighting is risky. if you point fight to a 2-1 or even 4-1 advantage but get knocked on your ass a few times, you pretty much lose.

I'm not really sure why you continue to emphasize point fighting or need to play the "I know more about MMA than you guys card". Plenty (the majority) of well established MMA outlets have given the fight to Condit. Condit threw out a shitload of punches and kicks and was if anything very reckless about how he went about it.
I have no problem discussing whether Condit actually won round three but lets do it in a fashion that it is deserved. I don't remember Condit getting knocked down or Robbie doing much in the third but perhaps I'm forgetting something.
