BTW there are already legal cases on this, where forum owners are protected from liability involving libel.

With that said, if I feel someone is being unfairly accused or actually being libeled, I will remove the posts for moral reasons.

But in this case, the claims seem to have enough merit to where I don't see a reason to delete them. As always, both sides are always welcome to respond here without censorship.

I still have this all parked on my server

obv I ripped it offline when he started having a meltdown

and then has the balls to back charge me claiming 'unauthorized' charges

the email exchange, and his voicemail speak for themselves

all he had to do was reset his primary account password with GoDaddy...problem solved

but no, he starts threatening me personally

a 5 minute phone call to GoDaddy...this thread doesn't exist
