The couple was 100% terrorists. That said, it still seems like it is kind of terrorism with a workplace violence chaser. Dude didn't have a pipe bomb and IED factory in his house not to have them on the day of the attack. Maybe his office would be the target eventually, but I think it's doubtful that it was when he woke up that morning.
I saw his coworkers facebook page that they say set him off. Dude was a Greek american Jew for Jesus type who spammed Obama is a Muslim and assorted tard posts like those dudes are apt to. If it was him that hastened the attack, he probably saved a future bigger attack because those people were clearly building for Armageddon. The landlord claimed that he received (according to the press who just interviewed him) permission last night to go into the house.
He breaks down the plywood with a crowbar, and the press comes right in, along with some randoms (people with kids, someone walking their dog...wtf) and they go through this place and video everything.
Landlord is outside the house explaining things, when some unknown people come up to the front door, get everyone out of the house, re-drill the plywood, and leave. The police show up, and take the Landlord in the back of their car and drive off.
I have no words...
So the evidence is now tainted and inadmissible? Is that what the worry is here? Surely the cops got all the important stuff out first? If there was anything important left behind there would certainly still be police tape up?

The female suspect accused by the police of carrying out Wednesday's deadly rampage in San Bernardino, California, swore her allegiance to the leader of ISIS in a Facebook post that has since been deleted, according to several news outlets, including the New York Times and NBC. The post was reportedly written the same day of the shooting.
Speaking on the condition of anonymity, federal government officials say Tashfeen Malik, the 27-year-old wife of suspected gunman Syed Rizwan Farook, 28, used an alias Facebook account to write a post in support of the terrorist group.
It's unclear at this time if ISIS militants actually ordered the couple to carry out the shooting. Multiple motives are still being investigated by the police and the FBI, including a possible workplace-related grievance.
On Wednesday, Malik and Farook opened fire inside the Inland Regional Center, a social services agency, killing 14 people and injuring 21, prompting a massive manhunt and an eventual shoot-out with the police that killed the assailants.

I think it's been fairly clear for some time (at least to me) that this was a terrorist who was planning attacks on the US, and then something pissed him off at work which threw him into a rage.
So instead of carrying out whatever attack he planned upon strangers, he decided instead to kill the people he hated at work.
That's why we are getting both terrorism indicators and reports that he left the holiday party pissed off, and returned with powerful weapons to kill people.
I'm also guessing that his wife radicalized him, but maybe that will turn out to be incorrect.

It will be investigated for weeks, months, or even years before anything conclusive comes out. The story will change maybe 50 times.
