The Company may close any accounts, and forfeit account balances, that you have at Lock Poker or at any other Company website, casino and/or business. Further, in the event of you disputing a credit card transaction made at Lock Poker as being unauthorized, or made in a 'card not present' environment, the Company may charge an administration & recovery fee of up to $US 500.00 per disputed transaction if it is deemed by the Company that the transaction was authorized and legitimate. The Company may also engage the services of debt collection agencies to recover from you the amount of any disputed transactions or chargebacks, administration and recovery fees, and other associated credit card processing fees or fines.

This has to do with credit card and financial disputes where the person is making false accusations, not for people saying the "The Lock Pokery is rigged on a forum" or going Druff on them.

As far as the affiliate who made those claims: 3Puttar has the details wrong.

Really? Why don't you please point out what I got wrong. I have provided all relevant links, the reader can see for himself if I'm getting details wrong.

Also, the T&C you posted is very clear; if you attempt to defraud Lock by cheating or payment fraud, OR if you talk shit about Lock, they have the right to ban you and seize your funds. There is no misrepresentation of this on my part. It does not only include false accusations made during financial disputes as you are claiming.
You only provided the links that show one side of the story; there is always more to it than that.

You initially said, "they scammed an affiliate out of his CPA payments, then closed his account because he discussed it on a public forum." which is incorrect, as is the article that said he didn't get paid. The affiliate is saying this, even in the letter from Jen Larson you can see that there is more going on here than a chargeback payment.

"Not only is the way they screwed this affiliate disgusting, but it has been revealed that the Lock T&C allows them to close any accounts and seize the funds of anyone who talks bad about them in any forum or other form of media." This is incorrect because you're pulling a Jsearles and not looking at the context of the entirity of the T&C, and simply docusing on a single sentence (a sentence that is adjoined to other sentences explaining what "talking bad" means).
