Official PFA Weekly Poker League

The Poker League will be played over the course of 8 Weeks, starting on Monday June 25th.
Points will be awarded each week, as well as cash prizes and bounties.
Point System
The point system is very easy. The higher you place every week, the more points you will receive. If you place in the top 10 of a weekly tournament, you will receive the following points:
1st 50 + $25 and the ability to pick the game for the following week.
2nd 45
3rd 40
4th 35
5th 30
6th 25
7th 20
8th 15
9th 10
10th 5
You will see that 1st place earns 50 points + $25 and the ability to choose the game for the following week. We will only be playing NLHE LHE and PLO. Since many people are not proficient in all games, in fairness we will not play the same game 3 weeks in a row. For example, If we play 2 weeks of NLHE, and Hockey Guy wins week 2. We must play either LHE or PLO the following week. Official results can be found here http://pfatournamentleague.webs.com/
When week 8 ends, all the players finishes will be looked over. Only the players top 6 finishes will be taken to make their final point total. This means that you do not have to play every week. You can afford to miss a week or two if you have to. If you do not play you will receive 0 points for that week. If there are 9 players in the tournament that week, you still do not earn 10th place points.
At the end of the 8 weeks, and scores are tallied. There will be Prizes up front for 1st and 2nd place. Along with a final freeze out MTT. The final tournament will only be for the top 8 point leaders. I don't know how many entrants we will get so I do not know the exact $ amounts as of yet. But the payouts will consist of the all of the remaining money in the prize pool. The payout structure will be 1st 50%, 2nd 35%, 3rd 15%. This tournament will be NLHE.
Bounties
There will be a bounty for weeks 2-8, on the player who is the overall Points Leader. $10 a week will be paid out to the player who knocks out the points leader. If the bounty wins that weeks tournament, he or she will receive the $10 prize.

Code of Conduct
Don't charge back on paypal. If you do, Druff will ban you here, and I will come for you.
Make the tourney a pleasant experience, it should be fun. Don't fuck it up for everyone.
Don't give out the password. If there is proof that you do, you will forfeit your buy in, and be kicked out of the league.
