    I saw Whiplash a couple of weeks back... the acting was amazing. One of the best endings I've ever seen. It's intense and definitely cracked the top 20 on my list of movies.

    I had a friend recommend to me "The Village", the M. Night Shyamalan movie.

    I scoffed, having heard it was awful, but he insisted that it was brilliant and people just hate on all of Shyamalan's films after "Lady in The Water", which I saw, and hated.

    So I went for it. Jesus Christ. Later this evening, I got a text from this friend that simply said "lol".

    He got me good..

    Saw Mad Max last night.

    Giving it a solid 3 out of 4 stars. Action packed from beginning to end. Lots of holes in the story line if you choose to pick it apart, but if you go into it just wanting to be entertained with an onslaught of action with the addition of a decent story, definitely see this movie.
