Good question. Micon likely has some money, and is living in a tropical paradise. He has support, loved ones, and others backing him. He's quasi famous and kind of a bitcoin Martyr. Jasep is just a degenerate scum who has crawled off in a corner. Hes reduced to begging for mercy, and slowing paying back his debt by being a fry cook part time.
