    Your not the only one. Everyone thinks my movies suck. I'm a big b horror/sci fi movie fan and love ifc midnight films. I'm so sorry. I enjoyed it but don't blame you if you didn't. I'm sorry you took my recommendation and didn't enjoy it, truly.

    I didn't mind SGA but i really liked SGU a lot and it is now having a rerun of the series at the moment. pretty good show IMO.

    Fire fly was a great show once you finish the series. Check out "serenity" the movie.

    I really liked Stargate: Atlantis. Thought both the Wraith and the Replicators were very good antagonists. Really enjoyed Conner Trinner as Michael the almost changed to human Wraith. Was a fan of Star Trek Enterprise as well.

    Come on, they even had Todd Brunson playing holdem in one of their best episodes.

    Liked SG1 a lot as well, except for Jack O'Neill's jokes.

    Batman's greatest strengths are his ingenuity and relentlessness. The world's greatest detective, he's always five steps ahead you. He has contingency plans to take down each member of the Justice League if any of them go rogue and has done so when needed. If he was just a rich guy that could fight, nobody would respect or fear him.

    If this movie is just about Bats getting kryptonite kunckledusters and punching Superman in the face it's going to suck.

    Just finished re watching Heat. Had been at least ten years. Such a good movie.



    also when the hell are they going to release green inferno? Been waiting so long pretty much no way it lives up to my expectations.

    Watched a couple of sci-fi movies since yesterday. They're both fairly unknown/alternative types - with sleek cgi.

    The first was called 'Immortal', and was apparently one of the first movies to be shot entirely on a digital backlot where live actors were blended with cgi surroundings.

    It was released in 2004 (set in 2095) and the cgi looks a bit dated now, but overall I quite enjoyed it as there was some interesting subtext related to certain Gods (Horus being one of them, loses his immortality and uses a human as a bodily host to procreate). My main criticism was that it could have been a bit longer, the ending came too soon and didn't round things off as well as it could have done.

    7.5/10

    The second was called 'Renaissance', which was released in 2006 (set in 2054) and was made using a blue screen where the acted scenes were converted to 3-D black and white images.

    This one had more of a stylish look about it, but lacked much of a thought provoking storyline (coincidentally immortality is one of the themes again) and compelling characters. It was still woth a watch but not as gripping as Immortal, even though it was rated slightly better on IMDB.

    Finally saw Hot Tub Time Machine 2. It was pretty funny for what it is.
