Aids was created to cull the population and undesirables..it started in Africa because that's were they do all there shit. There is no set standard testing for HIV, different countries have different methods for diagnosing so the practice is not Universal. Although many people have died after being diagnosed, it would seem that there could be a combination of several different types of health problems that attribute towards the diagnosis; then it's just a case of them being put on medication that makes them slowly deteriorate until death.
