I don't believe Micon will return to the US, and especially not to Nevada, until the statute of limitations runs out for the NGC pressing charges on him. I believe that's 3 years for the crime of which he's currently accused. If they do press charges and convict him in absentia, he will likely never come back.
How does it work with him coming back? I thought if he is not actually charged with anything he can come back. Can they still arrest him if he should come back to lasvegas if no charges against him are pressed?
