Memphis Grizzlies win - this is how good I'm running.

It was about 24-6 in the first Q and I put in a +100 bet on the Grizzlies.

Later in the game I put a bet in at +580 when the Grizzlies were down even more (they were down 22 at half)

Memphis was down 15 going to 4th quarter. They tied it up late in the game with 2 mins left or so. I tried to live bet Sac to just plain get out with some profit, but site kept rejecting. Odds were changing too quick so it never accepted.

10 seconds left, Memphis goes up 1. Again trying to live bet. Doesn't go through.

6 seconds left, Sac makes a shot. to go up 110-109

2 seconds left, Memphis misses a shot.

0.6 seconds left they foul. (I turn off the game here....

5 mins later watching football maybe getting ready for a live bet, and notice my account has more money. WTF did they incorrectly grade it?

Sac misses BOTH FREETHROWS

0.2 secs left Memphis makes a layup (I'll have to watch the highlight it had to be a tip-in).

Moneyline. So it didn't matter when it was, I just made the post in an attempt to get good mojo. I wrote it all off as a loss earlier I didn't think there was a chance in hell they'd come back down 2 goals late in 3rd.

I had lots of different values the live betting bounces around quite a bit...avg odds around +200. And I stupidly put more on Anaheim at the start of OT as well at -105 but not as big.


Just like tonight on Memphis. I was trying to bet Sac to lock in a small tiny gain, but depending on who scored it was going from -1000 to +500 within 10 seconds, and the live betting takes ~4-5 seconds to lock in. The only real time you can get in for sure is during tv timeouts/etc.

They were favored by 6, so the ML had to have started off at like -200,
+ 100 down 18 sounds low to me too, but it was still real early.

My advice would be to try and keep things in perspective and realize that you're on a good run that probably won't maintain.

I crushed when riding the WH when living in Nepal and was able to stop cold because I was living abroad and putting money online was difficult. If it had been easy, who knows, I may have gotten cocky and spewed most of it back. Unlike most, I get no thrill from making my own picks, preferring to externalize wins/losses for the most part as I know that I personally suck at picking games and am thankfully not blessed with the degenerate gene.

Thanks to those things, I am still a huge net winner in sportsbetting and my only degen spew (that hit, lol) was firing on a Searles lock recently.

Jimmy is correct. It was +100 since it was early. Being down 18 in quarter 1 isn't the worst.

Same issue as Drexel had with that ball game protest & that was the next day while this one is days old. The game was deemed official & all bets were paid so I don't see how they go back on it. I also don't see the protest holding up.
