This is the Capital One Venture card. It is a personal card, so you don't need a TIN for it.

You earn 2% on everything, but those rewards can only be redeemed for travel. Basically, your rewards build up, and then when you buy an airline ticket, hotel room, or rental car, you can use your rewards balance against it.

The best thing about this card is a $400 rewards bonus ("40,000 miles") if you spend $3,000 in the first 90 days.
