Bad play calling. Gore needs more touches.
Kaepernick needs to learn to throw the ball away instead of taking a sack or running out of bounds 2 yards shy of the line of scrimmage (essentially taking a sack)..

kap is a dumb fkin qb
3 dalay of games.... body of a black man brain of a black man...
lol harbaugh zero confidence in kap to throw the ball when they needed a 1st down so badly to wrap up a win
m2 I got lucky as all hell I had sf+under....
Kaepernick was running for his life all game.
I'd be way more worried about the performance of the O-line then him.
BTW that was one of the best defensive performances I've seen. Just outstanding.

Completely expected them to lose today. Unlike last season, Foles has been taking a beating. I am concerned about him more than anything else. His accuracy has been mediocre at best.
I agree they are soft right now, but LOL at them being too soft for the NFC West, get over yourselves. They were 2 yards away from a victory in this game, and they almost won it with no offense on the 9ers home field. Let's see how they are if and when they are healthy later this season. Hopefully they are still in the hunt and healthy when they meet the Seahawks in December.
BTW, pretty slick move pulling the fire alarm stunt in their hotel at 2am last night. Kind of surprised that doesn't happen more often.

I can take a mistake or 2 on the field, these mental mistakes have to stop.
That TO w/the time ticking down, and the delay of game on 3 and 1, that forced a FG to keep philly w/in a TD, were simply awful.
Luckily, he was the best QB on the field that day, and even w/3 ST/DEF TD's still got the W.
The D is simply great, and Alden Smith and Bowman are on the bench.
Lynch, guy is from So Florida, but Notre Dame recruited him out of high school, was a problem child.
Monster talent.
It's hilarious that we as a society think everyone can be a dr, a lawyer, an engineer. Some people are just fucking stupid. Why can't we just accept that?
Their offensive line is in shambles and can't open up any holes. That is killing them. I think that Jason Peters is the only lineman playing his original spot right now, the rest is patchwork. Losing Kelce (center) was a HUGE blow. IMO center is the most undervalued position in the NFL. Unless they get healthy at the O line soon they are going to be in a lot of close games. Their schedule definitely is no easy task from here on out.
Even still, screens have been an enormous part of their success the past few years. Shady is just like Jamaal in KC, it doesnt matter how you just have to get him the ball in space. Screens, line him up in the slot, do something. I would think Chip Kelly would be a pro at that with the offense he runs. Deanthony Thomas (Chiefs draft, starting tonight, nice parallel) is a great example of this. The guy just made plays in space, so you have to get him the ball. McCoy have zero catches the past two games is just absurd

This, I took LeSean McCoy last year and he ended up being a sick fucking sleeper agent, just banging out 30 point games out of nowhere. This year he was at the top of the drafts and I grabbed him early on and every game I am just like what the fuck, forget the fantasy football strategies, what about the regular ass football strategy of get this guy the fucking ball so he can make plays?
sketchy performance for the 49'ers.
yes, the SF defense played well. which was big, as it was beginning to look like they were losing a step as well.
what remains alarming is the OL and the offense. SF made a couple of huge 3rd down conversions (which were not easy for them) and had a luckbox TD, which also didn't come easily.
let's not even get into that 3rd and long phantom defensive holding they called on philly as well. they should have had an easier time w/ this defense.
they just plod out the same methodical bs offense the jets use to do....they want to wear you down defensively and just do enough on offense.
you see the scariness which is the 49'ers now...cogs are breaking. and the the "uh oh" factor kicks in when they ask kap to do something other than throw 5 yrd and screen passes. which, right now he doesn't do very well. (and he really hasn't for some time)..if shit continues to go down like this for him (which is possible, and they lose), you'll hear the media and other sports people say " kap has regressed", or "what happened to kap"..but the real answer is "nothing" he was always like this. and his inefficiencies were just hidden because SF won games.
I don't get why you are so concerned w/if the 49ers win ugly or win pretty.
Like I said before, nothing that happens on the field will change your mind, so what is the point?
They beat Dallas in Dallas, they made the Philly offense look pretty bad. Both those teams are 5-1, they beat KC, and if it wasn't for Vernon Davis they win by more than 20 tonight.
Kaepernick;
22-36 343 3 TDS, 0 ints, and 0 mental mistakes, & If Davis had his head out of his ass, 3 more catches alone, 1 a TD.
Gruden- (something like) ".........He has changed this game, the NFL w/ a style that is all his own"
I said it before the season, its a new game.
For some reason he will never pass your guy's eye test, but you are wrong.
