im hearing a few people who people who know more about mma than i do say fluke but to me it just looked like a case of poirier getting exposed as fundamentally basic.
i expected huge things from poirier and i think he deserves to be in the ufc but i also think hes stopped evolving as a fighter a while ago. him getting clipped seemed totally logical and super standard.
