becoming more and more of a fan of minimalism in general

living within your means...not to excess

love the Alaska survival shows where people are completely self sufficient...hunting for their own food. bartering with neighbors for goods

seems like a much more rewarding lifestyle

as opposed to constantly chasing a buck and neck deep in the rat race

I agree about living within your means. However most people that say this are dead broke and can't afford a $100 a month apt. When people start making these kinda of comments they tend to be losers that would die within minutes of trying to survive in Alaska.
I'm not trying to hate but stating facts.
