I don't see a year, so I'm assuming it's 2013. They had 2 homicides and 3 rapes. That's really not that much and they are especially behind on rapes.

Actually the more I investigate Ferguson its interesting to see just how much media is playing down the crime there. The crime level is nearly TWICE that of the state and national average. That's pretty extreme

What are the crimes, though? They don't seem to have too many homicides, rapes and robberies. If they don't have a lot of violent crimes, but a lot of petty stuff, that's probably a point against the cops there.
