Yes he is banned, and yes, it happened recently.
He posted personal/family info of mine.
This also happened last year. I banned him, and he sent me a sincere-sounding apology, swearing he was drunk and honestly didn't mean anything bad by it. It was a weird excuse (why maliciously post my family info while drunk?), but I was nice and gave him one more chance.
He just did it again, so he is permabanned now.
One general rule here -- something that has existed from the start -- is that I don't want you here if you're doing things to fuck with me.
You can criticize me, you can make fun of me, you can argue with me, but once it crosses the line to where you're either harassing me in real life, threatening me, or posting my personal/family info, I don't want you here. This includes here and other sites. I think it's reasonable for me to not want those kind of people on my own site.
Yes living outside the U.S. and down here the one thing you don't want to do is F#ck with somebodys family.
