I would very much like to know if Woody Allen had a prescription for xanax or valium during that period. I cant imagine a sober Woody Allen going there, ever. I _can_ imagine there is a non-zero chance that Woody Allen faded on xanax could, despite wildly improbable odds, find himself doing something this horrible as an act of malice towards Mia.

I put the odds at like, .01 %. Im not saying it happened.

Im saying that a lot of jail cells are occupied by people who went stone fucking crazy on prescription tranquilizers with or without a few cocktails involved.

But seriously that .01% chance is as close as I can come to a minority report on Woody fucking Allen molesting his 7 year old step daughter in the attic of a house occupied by an extended family, while dead center in one of the most vile and acrimonious celebrity breakups of the century with the matriarch of that family, who was like 100 feet away downstairs.

Also, Dylan is the only person I truly and unabashedly sympathize with here. I really do not believe she was molested, but I do believe, 100%, she believes she was, and I also believe, 10000%, that shes been robbed of a normal human reality by at least one and probably both of her "parents".

If you think those are good, try all his stuff from the 70s and 80s. That's when he was at his best. And returned to form in Deconstructing Harry which was about 1995 or so IIRC, that's a damn good one.

Seems to me to be a really sarcastic comment & you're taking me to task for not watching & enjoying Woody Allen movies. Especially when you consider the first line about talking about getting back to how great his films are & then you start listing his "great" movies & your favorites.

It's not like I boycott his movies because of this controversy, I had 15+ years of picking & choosing my own movies to see before this controversy & never elected to see a Woody Allen picture. Yes, I'm that old.
