Dude just looks smaller to me. He didn't look that out of shape. Especially at his height.

According to his trainer he started the MMA training to lose weight. He also said he had very little muscle and was very "soft". With his build and height 194 is definitely overweight. Not saying he was obese or close to it, but with very little muscle 194 is 30lbs too much.

Back to the comment about the difference between 204lbs and 194lbs not meaning anything, IMO it means nothing because Zimmerman has been pretty much proven to be a wimp. His trainer said he was just starting to learn how to throw a punch when this all went down. Had he been a guy that knew how to fight and been athletic, the 30-40 lbs he had on Trayvon might have meant something, but when a 6' tall 150-160 athletic 17 year old, who apparently had been in a lot of fights and also played contact sports, takes on a doughy 5'8" wuss, that weight difference means nothing. I'm taking Trayvon there all day. No doubt in my mind he handled Zimmerman with no problem.

IMO this kid made a terrible decision to beat the shit out of the "creepy ass cracker" who was following him, and it cost him his life. Do I think Zimmerman was in the wrong and probably told some of the lies the prosecution accused him of while telling the tale of the lead up to the confrontation to make himself look better? Yes. Not sure if that is enough to convict him of manslaughter, we'll see, but I also believe every word of how he took a beating at the hands of this kid and feared for his life.

If you haven't done so already and care enough to do so youtube the John Good testimony. He eyeballs T.M. on Zimmerman in a ground and pound MMA position beating the piss out of him and confirms it was Zimmerman crying for help.

Reconcile that with the "stand your ground laws" that Florida has and he walks.

Now you can argue many other aspects of the case and he may be guilty of "asking for it' - but what can't be argued is he shot him in self defense.

Apparently you are not watching this morning, this Judge just allowed the State to add new lesser charges for the Jury to consider him guilty of. And are still debating more. Kind of late in the trial wouldn't you think, and most of them consist of a sentence of 10+ years. Including I believe a lesser 3rd degree manslaughter charge as well as child abuse. Really judge, child abuse. You have to be fn joking.

She is literally handing the State everything necessary to find him guilty of something. Seeing as how the State (FL lol) once again made a mess of another high profile public trial, she is now allowing them so many outs. Unfortunately for Zimmerman, he probably walks on the original charges, but now these lesser charges he most likely will be found guilty of.

Sick slowroll by the State, the Defense does not stand a chance with this judge. She will do everything in her power to have him found guilty of something.

This should scare the fuck out of all of us. When all the evidence is out and the state knows it hasnt proven its case they can just say my bad lets include these lesser charges I think those have a better chance of sticking. Especially if what is being reported is true and a manslaughter conviction with the firearms upcharge still gets life in prison just like 2nd degree murder. If he gets convicted of the manslaughter charge, I do not see any way that it stands on appeal. The judge has been openly hostile towards the defense while simultaneously coddling the prosecution. I don't know what type of agenda is driving her but she definitely has one.

It does, and that was exactly my point. It's ridiculous you can give the State so much latitude and then contract the Defenses arguments so much. And this Defense team is probably as good as it gets in Florida. These guys are sharp and putting together an amazing defense. Imagine the majority of people who go to court with Public Pretenders, like I have. You don't stand a chance. The State knew all along they could just use this angle-shoot to their favor if they botched the original case. They did, and now in the 11th hour can just throw up lesser charges and get someone convicted when all else fails. Charges which are still punishable by life. Looks and feels totally rigged. And that's before you even factor in this ridiculous judge.

So this is much more an example of how fucked up Florida is, as opposed to how awful a human being George Zimmerman is. Having said that, he definitely could of handled things differently so should pay some price, but to the extent they are/were trying him I don't agree with. If the laws were written differently, my opinion would be different.

This is the Florida judicial system, for the whole world to watch, as if the Casey Anthony debacle wasn't enough.
