honestly there is nothing he should pay you for that he cant find on the internet for free. The information is easy, the execution is the hard part
Not true. Anyone can google a cookie cutter diet program for free this much is true. However, as many have found out the hard way, the human body is extremely good at homeostasis. When I say that my time is worth money, the time I am talking about is however long it takes me to asses your body, what your goals are, what kind of diet will specifically work for you (and in the time you want it to) and also (the most crucial part) TROUBLESHOOTING WHEN THE DIET BEGINS TO FAIL.
For the measly $50 or something I asked razor for I would have spent at least 6-8 hours total time devoted JUST to him. Listening to his successes and failures and troubleshooting his routine until he was able to "walk" ,so to speak, on his own. I never made it as a PT because personal trainers are lazy and very greedy. I prefer to educate, I want you the client to be able to do this on your own after we are finished. Contrast this approach with the "You will need me every time your foot enters the front door to the gym" mentality other trainers have and you can see my times value.
But whatever, I quit offering my services for the most part, money or not. I will help people who are either good to me or someone I know or a person who proves on their own merit that they will not waste my time. Everyone else can google to their hearts content.
I prefer going to the library and reading books on the subject.
While your here what's your opinion of eggs? i read that the cholesterol you get from them is overrated and your body is not really all that affected-- it was some Arab M.D.'s book I got that from (cant remember who Dr Aziz??). When I eat them they seem to satiate my appetite well. Plus perfect protein source.
yeah just looked it up .... Dr michael aziz MD
Reading books can be useful but never ever expect anything to work. The human body is NOT well understood and to put it bluntly what you see in the gym is often contradictory to what you see on paper. It's as simple as that. If things always seem to work for you then you are like me, genetically blessed. Don't assume it's so easy for other people because trust me ITS NOT.
Eggs are AWESOME the albumin protein they contain is biologically perfect. Eggs beat out any protein powder off the shelf no matter what bullshit you hear to the contrary.
When it comes to fat and cholesterol try not to make the mistake most people make in equating fat you eat with fat present in your bloodstream that shows up on cholesterol screenings. What I mean is, dietary fat is NOT directly equitable to HDL-LDL screening results. If this were true and you end up with high cholesterol you could easily fix this by making changes to your diet. Yeah, try telling that to the 20 million or so Americans currently on statins. At least 65% of them all tried to fix their situation by eating less fat. Go talk to them, see how far that got them. Trust me it's not that simple. If you like eggs eat the damn things and don't worry. What shall come to pass is out of your hands by and large.
lol.... someone's gonna noose me for talking about eggs and HDL and LDL & triglycerides!
it's complicated i have a tough time trying to understand it ... i think i know that sugar is what's bad... and avoid blood sugar spikes.... but there's more to it than that
yeah.... i'm on the egg, bean, carrrot and cheese diet and i lost good weight --12 more and i'm back to my normal weight..... even bought a bar of that Velveeta cheese after reading about Whey protein.... where's Razor.... it's bed-time for him probably. Velveeta isn't so bad maybe... it says 1/3rd less fat than cheese.... i dont know maybe it's okay
my dog likes it...velveeta

People never pray until things are bad so I wouldn't assume you would want to pay me until you needed my help. I hope you never have to quite frankly. But either way had you hired me or someone equally qualified what you would be paying for is largely access to that persons EXPERIENCE as well as their knowledge. As I stated, your body is VERY good at remaining where you don't want it to be (composition wise). While some will never have a hard time achieving their goals the larger percentage (like 90%) will struggle from day 1.
Cottage cheese if you can tolerate dairy or yogurt if you can't it's made with dairy but the culture turnes the precursor to lactic acid
What the heck are you talking about?
