Goal for next Friday is to be in the neighborhood of 365 then I go from there. In the early stages of this I should be able to tear off some considerable weight quickly
Good luck man. It might seem like I've been giving you a hard time lately, but I was really just curious and wish you the best.

G2 is tough to find in a case. You local supermarket has them usually 10 for $10 or something like that. I have never seen G2 though in a case at Sams, Costco, etc...

G2 has the same electrolytes as the sugary stuff. The funny thing is, after a month of G2 you will never go back to the regular, it is just too sweet.
I very rarely drink the regular shit anyways. I am more or less going to stay on 95 + % water

So far today I have had

Egg white omelet with banana pepper and tomato and 2 pieces of whole wheat toast

90 cal blueberry granola bar and a 0 carb 0 sugar protein shake.

    Gym next

Yeah, but remember you are going to get a sweet tooth and have the potential to go to 7-11 and stock up on cake products. Have a few G2s in the fridge, drink half of a G2 and wait a few minutes and it will go away.

Do not doubt me on this.

I don't eat cake products. I don't really get the sweet tooth but I will take your advice and grab some of these

I just wanted to pass along something I read recently stating that running for short periods of time (1-3 min) while walking on the treadmill will increase calories burned by 40% over keeping the same pace over the same distance.

As a fellow fatty who loses weight when dedicated only to eventually gain most of it back, I bid you good luck.

Short bursts of sprints def help but at the same time increase risk of injury for bigger guys

Also, one more thing. In addition to the G2, keep a huge bag of Beef Jerky in the house. In fact multiple flavors so you can change it up. It has little calories and it will fill you up after a few pieces.

Remember keep whatever you do under 2,000 calories. Also, find a park even if you have to drive to it. And just walk for an hour, with no music. I am going to go gay here, but listening to birds, watching squirrels and the occasional deer run by is incredibly healthy for the mind and soul, and you are burning calories while you do it. Try to find a park with trees away from a busy road. Trust me on this one. Also bring a G2 with you in case you need to hydrate.

Don't ever tell me, or anyone to shut the fuck up. You are an EFT fucking piece of shit that has never contributed anything to anyone. Funny how your Mom even kicked you to the curb. Nobody wants to be around you, although you shooting Cinnamon in your Mom's kitchen over the age of 30 was pretty funny.

    Feel great today.

I am down 1 lb from my first weigh in and I know it doesn't really mean much but I enjoy watching the scale move to the left and it keeps me motivated.

Yesterday I got caught up with some work before I went to work out. I stopped @ wendys and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich plain with lettuce and tomato.

Then I did 3 chest exercises for 3 sets on each. Then stretched for 10 minutes and did 45 minutes of incline cardio. Then stretch for 10 more minutes.

After that I ran some errands and stopped @ chipotle. I ordered a bowl - chicken , lettuce, mild salsa , lettuce and cheese. Should have held back on the cheese but it was just a little bit. Not like they dumped a lb on there. To drink I had a diet coke. I know I said I was giving up the diet soda but when I am out to eat I just can't justify paying $2 for a water. But I have got rid of all of the diet soda @ home so I will not be drinking that anymore.

Last meal of the day was a wheat bulky turkey sandwich with mustard, lettuce tomato and a few fat free pringles.

I was a little hungy before bed so I had a 90 cal blueberry granola and a small glass of 1 % milk.

Woke up today and had an egg white omelet with 3 pieces of wheat and a cup of coffee with a little 1 % milk and 2 sweeteners. I had 2 chicken apple sausages on the side as well. Probably should have held back on the sausages but I won't be eating them every day and I went extra hard @ the gym to make up for it.

I went to gym and did 2 bi exercises and 2 tri exercises 3 sets of each followed by 10 min stretch and 45 mins on the treadmill. I warmed up for 5 mins and then I would sprint for a min and then take a 5 min walk and then sprint for a min then 5 min walk. I sweat my balls off and this was the most I have sweat in a while. I followed that with stretches.

For lunch it will be grilled chicken salad with fat free dressing and if it isn't snowing too hard later I will go for a nice snow walk.

See this is the problem people just dont know any better because of all the bs theyve shoved down our throats for years.

You actually want a dressing with fat in it because your body cannot absorb the nutrients effectively without it.

Try and get protein with every meal and snack and include a decent amount of poly/mono unsatured fats especially when you want your body to digest the healthy nutrients of a salad. Ground Flax seed is a good way to get the good fats you need with meals.

Winsprints help to lose bodyfat through pathways not accessible by steady state cardio. When you walk to lose, you can only lose fat based on how many calories you burn for the session. Windsprints not only burn calories at the moment in time you do them but for 24-36 hours AFTER you will burn fat through metabolic pathways which only open up through high intensity training. One of them being your cells become temporarily much more efficient at shuttling fat inside the mitochondria to be oxidized for energy, a spike in testosterone and a large spike in GH and there are a few more. You see these results from wind sprints ONLY.

Mark, I taught you how to do windsprints on equipment other than running due to your body weight as I am cognizant of the strain running puts on your body. Have you forgotten already? I gave you weapons, what are you doing with them?
