I've never questioned your justifications, or if what you did was overly ethical, I'm just trying to let you know that you did break the law, and the fact they contacted you should make you want to get this behind you really fast. There are strong laws against insurance and bank fraud.

That's how people taking advantage of these industries get prosecuted.

There are no such laws on the books involving accepting erroneous money from illegally-operating, foreign gambling sites.

Also, from a legal standpoint, this is money received during the time when PokerStars was operating illegally.

You can try to spin it any way you want, but the simple solution is "I fucked up by posting this on the Internet and now I'm going to give it back before this gets even more out of hand."

Why do you think they gave him 14 days, they just pull it out of the air for shits and giggles, or because their lawyers say the person has 14 day to make restitution? Pretty sure Stars doesn't want to drag this into court, but if he continues his flippant attitude I'd gladly take that 100-1 offer he made the other day.
