FPP situation: After Black Friday, in order to make nice with the DOJ, Stars agreed to cash out the FULL VALUE of every US player's accounts, including FPPs. They inexplicably made you cash out FPPs in blocks of 2500, meaning that any remainder in your account (1-2499 FPPs, which will occur for over 99.9% of players) will not be able to be cashed out. This sounds like small potatoes, until you multiply it by their millions of real money accounts and realize how much money they stole this way.

ZOOM situation: See the Scams, Scandals, and Shadiness forum. Basically, it was a novelty $1k tournament where people played one at a time. They allowed a change in the rules at the very end that SEVERELY benefited the last 10 players, to where everyone else beforehand had very little change to have cashed. Stars reviewed the complaints after PLOL made a stink about it on 2+2, but ultimately only awarded an extra $2,360 to affected players who cashed or were on the bubble, cheating people who should have earned much more than that (as much as $7k) had the screw-up not occurred. Stars did not give any explanation how they came to the $2,360 figure, other than that it was the min-cash value. People were cheated out of thousands. PLOL played in this tournament.

While these are bad situations and yes it looks like stars gave people a good fucking, that still does not condone his actions. This is a basic concept: stealing is wrong. Everyone learns that at an early age. If you take something that does not belong to you, you are a thief and have done something wrong. I have a 7 year old niece that understands that. Can you agree with that? I'm not trying to piss anyone off here, it is just what I believe. Did plol distribute that $1100 back to the others that played that tourney or all those people that got ripped off on the points deal? If not then he has ripped off those people as well.

Do you really think that accusations of a scam on a BAP running on this site is long-term (or even short-term) good for PFA? Do you really think I am allowing this to continue out of self-interest?

I told you exactly what I think I think that you allowed the leveling of baseless allegations by people who had NO CONNECTION OR INSIGHT into's Jasep's BAP. These allegations led to a piling on by the trolls and those who previously had their problems with Jasep. The only person who posted anything relevant to Jasep possibly being a scammer was Detroit (Cyverlander) and his interactions were over an Ipad he won not the Bap. But it brought traffic and yes I think that you have had a problem since the launch of VPR and Filthy Limper Radio and possibly blaming him for stealing Zod.

You then allow PLOL a way to voice why he rolled Pokerstars(which I do not care about him doing). You then try to explain how in your eyes it's ok to steal from those who you think have stolen from others. This brought not only more traffic to your website, but also money added to the freeroll.

So, in closing, I feel that you are a hypocrite of the highest order. You love to rail against the scammers and thieves who have wronged you or your friends, but have no problem rationalizing why it is right to steal from those you don't like. Maybe, after all, your face needs to be where the skull is in the PFA logo because your are one of the most agenda driven confidence men of them all.

Those are my thoughts and mine alone. I am not swayed by anyone's posts. My thoughts are based on what I've seen transpire over the past 6 months or so not just the last week. In closing, fuck you and ban me if you don't like it.

So you're really trying to make the case that a small increase in page views is worth having a BAP scandal that makes the entire site look bad?

If I were selfish and agenda-driven like you claim, I would be shutting down discussion of any possible BAP scandal, especially when it involves a longtime active member and occasional radio co-host. It would be completely to my personal benefit to sweep this under the rug. The fact that I am allowing this discussion shows that I am more interested in seeing the truth come out than trying to protect this site's reputation.

How am I bitter that he "stole" Brandon? Brandon continued doing the radio show here. I never offered Brandon a piece of this site, nor did I ever want any partners here, so how could I be bitter that someone else made him a partner?

Why would I be bitter about VPR at all? It did not have any negative effect on this site. It's not like I lost all of my traffic to VPR and would have a reason to be bitter/jealous. By Jasep's own admission, the forum never took off and the traffic all remained here. If I was really bitter with him, I wouldn't have had him on my radio show as a co-host. I am not passive-aggressive like that. If I don't like someone, I make it clear.
