Do you really think he’s going to wake up this morning, log in and see your post and have an epiphany? Like all of a sudden he will just stop being a piece of shit? Like I said earlier, the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over but expecting different results.
It honestly reads like a manager/H.R. meticulously documenting their written warnings to an employee before inevitably firing them to CYA against a lawsuit.
