I am not sure how that relates to my question about China? But no, I would probably not want to live in LA. I hate traffic and enjoy the lack of it here in Keizer, where it is more rural than urban. One of the reasons I seldom drive to Portland.

Migrate to whatever state you wish. That is one of the greatest freedoms America offers.

I was born in Moscow and my family relocated to the US (Bay Area, Los Gatos) when I was 12. About ten years later during the late 2000's, we all relocated from CA to northern Oregon and Washington. It was the best decision we ever made, as it appears California has quickly become hell on earth, thanks to Newsom and Biden. I have been very happy with my decision ever since.
