To be absolutely clear…there are no rooms in a strip. A sink that are under 300 square feet let alone under 200 square feet. What kind of tape measure is this guy using? I’ve stayed at Paris and there were no rooms there under 300 that I know of. Wonder if someone should educate him that the bathroom counts as part of the square footage….and those bathrooms at Paris are a good size.
