    Short at your peril.

The weekly and monthly charts are intact.

We are getting more rate cuts and soon Trump will install a podcaster and rates will decline further. The economy will run hot. Inflation and all that jazz.

The run is about sovereign and front running traders playing the soveriegn game. That has always been my gamble

but if you want to make a play based on jim simon's personal observations...

heres the june 30 GLD 310 optimal options positions.

    Single Leg Option
    Symbol: GLD260630P00345000

    Strike: 345

    Side: put

    Cost: $7.4

    Projected Value: $35

    Profit: $27.6

    ROI: 372.97%

    Volume: N/A

also the put spread appears to cost 2 cents and pay out $3 and my app is telling me thats a 19900% profit but id check or wait until i audit my code before believing it tbh.

    nod i saw that tweet. there appear to be two camps;

    1) people who look at things and say 'everything is going to get much much worse and therefor gold will continue to rise'

    2) people who believe the auction is changing and people are selling into mania

i have no dog in this race but i gotta say, ive seen #2 happen a lot more than ive seen #1.

Serious post- I am a big fan of silver and been collecting a little over time, the 1 oz themed bars. Most were bought for $32-34 a piece and now I see the same bars on ebay for $50+. Again, I am not a big player in the silver market, but looking for any intelligent feedback anyone might have. Thx

Gold’s record run could usher in biggest change ever to market’s classic 60/40 stock bond investing portfolio

    - The classic 60/40 stock and bond portfolio has faced greater scrutiny in recent years with a breakdown in the way fixed-income performed historically as a stock market hedge for investors.

    - Inflation and government debt concerns are among recent factors driving demand for precious metals including gold and silver, and cryptocurrencies including bitcoin, to represent a greater share of a diversified portfolio.

    - The so-called “60-20-20” portfolio concept recommends investors consider moving half of the classic bond allocation to an alternative like gold or bitcoin.

    Gold is global.

There is now more gold in central bank reserves than US Treasuries. Is that things getting “worse” for other countries?

It’s not worse - it’s a change of structure. The dollar is still the primary reserve currency but gold is the primary reserve asset.

If gold went to $20,000 how would those sovereign reserves feel about that? For us, that would be a straight $5 trillion creation. Now the US can buy down debt. Debt to GDP would look groovier.

Buying rocks and hoping they go up in value has never appealed to me. Call me crazy, but I prefer investments that produce income. Half my money is in two boring mutual funds and the other half in commercial real estate.

You don't buy gold to get rich. You buy gold to escape.

It’s not escape … it’s fundamental changes in a new world order. Just read the new Japanese minister is a “Japan First” chick. My my

The gold to oil ratio might be headed to 100 and beyond. RIP the petrodollar and by extension US Treasuries?

Gold can get big enough for the job. Treasuries aren’t in anyone’s interest anymore.

Fold the corner of that page, Sonatine. You might view the discovery in a different light shortly.

This kid covers the important BRICs, gold, treasury themes. I was very very impressed. As well, the production value is truly first rate. Guys who depend on podcasting for a living give almost no regard to the visual. This thing is shot in high definition. His set design is amazing. His sound is stellar. He has a great voice and delivery style. It’s rare that I have anything positive to say about… well anything …. but props here are richly deserved.

Very simple explanations of the gold/treasury shift. Dude is gonna get an Emmy nomination. 750,000 views in a day

Yes, there is the bitcoin easter egg at the end. Don’t shame me - I’m being transparent. You can skip the last 5 minutes. Although, if you are in a forgiving mood he makes a Bitcoin pitch I have never heard before. Depends on your mood today.

This revisits themes Tellafriend is familiar with but without all the smarty pants shoptalk Groman and the like make you endure.

What a retarded post. Precious metals are not "rocks". And silver is not my main investment, rather I am a fan of silver and added them to my portfolio as a risk, but I also like the various themes on each silver bar. AS for mutual funds, yep, I am heavily invested in them as well.
