End of times, the decay of society. The black community needs reparations (sarcasm). Note- All of the white people in this picture are dead.
Note- I judge people by their actions, not skin color.

These two sentences are in conflict. I encourage you to start your own race oriented thread. Be direct with your opinion.
I always saw this thread as having a more political/economic bent.
The Roman Empire fell because of political corruption, economic decline and military defeats. Things that rhyme today in our country. Even toward the end of Rome slavery was still quite robust.
England was about as homogeneous during their fall as we once were. Not that either England or the US were really homogeneous like ever.
Societies have always had a natural segregation. I feel less passionate about race cause I don’t fly Spirit and I don’t live in the south, for instance. If I did I’m sure different personal experiences would color (lol) my attitude. I remember my last years in Florida and recall the shenanigans I witnessed and in those moments I was very aware how I could be quickly flipped into being a miserable fuck. I write much of that off to socioeconomics. Whatever. I left.
My contact with diversity today is largely with the Jewish population. Indian engineers are on the verge of a huge breakout here. They have money.
NH is lilly white. Come for the foliage. The only color occurs in the fall. You’d love it
- No they arent, the reparations comments was sarcasm showing the hypocrisy.
- All this time here, my posts on racism are about the actions of people and rasing awareness of the current crime wave and black fatigue, not racist at all.
- Why start a new thread, these examples are 100% political and match the theme- End of times as society is decaying.
- I am very direct in my opinions here, no question about that. BUT I purposely go against the liberal grain here.
It’s a personal choice for me. I don’t dwell on racism. I don’t engage in the conversation cause I don’t experience any issues personally in my day to day. I kinda want to be happy. You can’t rile me up with the topic. I do have economic and political concerns that are more immediate to me and my family’s experience and I need to leave suffient room for the Dodgers. My plate is kinda full.
I don’t deny others have different concerns and experiences. Why people live in Detroit or California mystifies me, for instance.
Respectfully, all good answers and fair points.
I agree on the personal choice, but every time I turn my head, something new pops up and its a concern- Black people killing white people weekly, no one wants to be next. So I rather raise the awareness because thats how you solve the constant problem.
I too have economic concerns as well and they are my top primary. I also agree on leaving room for the Dodgers as I dont consider myself a fan, they are local. And Druff is a big fan too, so I support him, always will. I will probably go to a game one day with Druff, Ben and Mother Druff.
