For those that don't know ITAR prevents foreigners from being hired at SpaceX, and remarkably, despite having the extreme handicap of being unable to hire Indian and Chinese tech wizards, they have arguably made more progress in their field than any company in the world has at anything over the last 10 years. ("AI"/LLMs are completely underwhelming, overhyped to scam investors, and are not really new tech. The only thing new is image and video generation which is still kind of meh. No model can currently be trusted to perform complex tasks. I've personally tried to use them for spreadsheet data related tasks, and they even fail at this, something they are supposed to "excel" at.)

I've posted this before, and I swear this is not meant to be from any sort of "white nationalist" slant. I despise those type of people. It's nearly impossible to have any conversation or present any data surrounding these topics without the effect of decades of Democrat propaganda and marketing kicking in on anyone that reads it.
How did, what is by comparison, a very small population of individuals pretty much conquer the entire world and seed it with nearly all modern, meaningful inventions, philosophies, and innovations?
Take a look at just this data comparing the expected IQ distributions of whatever "white non-Hispanic men" means in the United States (those descended of some of those men) to all of the 1.44 billion people in India. I posted this before, but it needs routinely brought up. Indian immigration is only behind immigration in general and the mentally deranged left as the largest issue facing our country. These people destroy every institution they take over and ensure its destruction by only placing more of themselves in any available position they oversee. It has to stop. Corporations have went above and beyond to try and convince everyone the slaves they are importing are noble and highly intelligent individuals, when sadly the direct opposite is likely to be true. The low trust, scammy culture they come from is so engrained in them they don't even realize at all why anyone would have a problem with what they are doing.
Check the number in the bottom right. That should be eye opening. Then realize that mixed into the population are Western European genetics that have shown higher instances of genius intelligence over time than any other. Literally just look at the world around you.
I truly feel sorry for the Indians who mean well, but this should have never started in the first place. We as a country should not be siphoning out the few intelligent people from a place that desperately needs them. If you don't want a large portion of the United States to turn into "call center America" I encourage you to be aware and spread awareness of this immigration scam. The second and third waves of it have been increasingly damaging, and despite what others may say, regression to the mean for the descendants of the few high IQ individuals who have came over in the past is a real thing.
We don't have a lack of intelligent people, we have a broken education system that has directly victimized white men for so long that many don't even try to enter these fields. They've done the same thing to East Asians. Getting into the real root reasons of why is where this gets interesting, but that's for another time.

I was glad to see someone in the replies immediately bring up that despite those states having only a population of a few million people, they have contributed more to the world in terms of modern advancements in science, engineering, and inventions than their entire cursed subcontinent - especially proud to see someone immediately bring up Norman Borlaug, who is credited with saving hundreds of millions of lives in this region by bringing his "miracle seeds" and cultivation techniques directly to them, going so far as to oversee the training of farmers there.
These people seriously need to fuck off back to where they came from. There is no way if a national referendum could be voted on in the US like in other countries that this wouldn't be handled swiftly. Almost no one (besides the most delusional) supports this shit. The states cannot vote individually to block anything to do with the federal immigration policies. It's a fucking joke.

Most software engineer interviews work like this... "Here, solve this brain teaser."
But memorizing brain teaser coding problems from SuperNinjaCoderDojo dot com only takes you so far, because it doesn't reflect the understanding that the best software engineers have of how to make software that actually gets shit done.
If you are having to design some whiz-bang data structure walking algorithm to get shit done, odds are that you painted yourself into this corner with bad code architecture, or with not using the correct tech stack for the job.
The best engineers do not weigh 747s by immersing them in a tank of water. They pick up the phone and call Boeing, thereby replacing the cost of a giant tank of water with the cost of a phone call.
They do not come up with an elaborate scheme for crossing a rope bridge at night with one flashlight. They buy enough flashlights and install a better bridge.
They do not calculate how to split the gold so that the other pirates won't vote for them to die. They agree to split the gold equally and shoot any pirate who doesn't agree.
In short, the best software engineers do not accept premises that make easy problems hard. They find ways to make hard problems easy.
For example, by tacking a 100K surcharge onto a loophole that is exploited to cut costs, but has bad side effects.
