42-year-old Jamel McGriff is a career criminal who was on parole for previous robberies.

He was at it again in a New York neighborhood, feigning a need to charge his cell phone, so he could then force his way into homes and rob people.

76-year-old James Olton and his wife Maureen, 77, were kind enough to let him in. He stayed in the house for 5 hours, and eventually burned them alive.

He's currently at large.

These back-to-back heinous crimes -- both committed by career violent criminals out on the streets -- are going to kill Democrats at the polls unless we see an about-face on the way they handle crime and punishment issues.

People are over the "George Floyd has to make us rethink policing" kick. Everyone is sick of this shit, and wants to see criminals prosecuted properly again.

Democrats insisting, "Crime is lower than evah!!!!!" isn't gonna stop this, much like their denial of inflation in 2021 (lol) and their denial about the immigration problem under Biden (lol) didn't go over well, and ultimately beat them in the 2024 election.

As tragic as these murders were, I see a possibility that they will at least bring on a positive change for society, at least so long as the right keeps their foot on the gas regarding this easily winnable issue.

This is exactly how Republicans won so handily in 1994.
