Great work by the Grinder. Love that an old-school guy wins it. Also love how quickly it all happened, no tanking, nobody acting like a robot and covering their faces. Bravo.

Just announced as well. The WSOP HOF literally announced immediate enshrinement of The Grinder so not Schulman and Grinder are going in this year.

This hand decided the tournament. He got all of his money in bad and sucked out on the river to end up with half the chips in play. The old saying, "I'd rather be lucky than good" always rings true. Takes an incredible run of cards for anyone to win a tournament that big.
You have to feel bad for the other guy. If you watch the clip he only actually had three outs going into the river (three 10s and one ace folded). If he fades the 15 to 1 shot there he cruises to an easy win most likely with the best player at the table out of the picture.
I didn't pay any attention to this tournament, but from other tweets it seems Mizrachi was running like Jamie Gold with multiple suck outs like this leading up to the final table.
MBN to stick it in bad over and over ... but that is pretty much poker 101
