Sex-separated athletics aren't done to create social separation. It's done in order to give women, who have a much lower athletic ceiling than men, a chance to play competitive sports without getting crushed.
There is no doubt that men have a much higher athletic ceiling in almost every sport. That is, the upper eschelon male athletes will always dominate all female athletes in the same sport, even the very best ones.
Therefore, it shouldn't matter what gender you FEEL you area. It should matter the sex you were born. If born male, you should be required to compete with males. If born female, you should have the option to compete with either. (On a side note, how many female-to-male trans athletes are asking to compete with men?)
Libs are just so stupid on this issue. It's mind boggling that they think it's remotely fair.
