    'the america party'

    elon's new distraction.

might as well start a thread about it because im sure we will have a front row seat to a lot of very stupid, sloppy theatrics soon where its the main character.

my prediction was and is; its all a huge WWE style fake-out to get libertarians comfortable with wearing MAGA's collar again and once they are safely in the fold, trump and elon will have this huge and very public reconciliation where trump makes elon head of nasa and elon hands the password to the america party twitter account to trump in a big gold envelope and they hug and wave american flags and then elon posts a poll asking 'should people not born in america be allowed to be president if they love america enough' and his bots will take it to about 80% yes before trump declares it a mandate from the people and punts it to the supremes for whatever ceremonial dance they need to do to ratify it.

you can probably fill in the rest but if not see my thread about elon's presidential arc.

but yeah its all theater. the deepest trump cocksucker throats are lining up for photo shops with elon. theres no fucking way they do that without it being safe. who knows tho, maybe its a coup, maybe his kids are setting him up for one huge public meltdown before they wheel peepaw off the stage and let boy wonder do the heavy lifting for 5 years.

    anyway, here's your thread. enjoy.

This will split the retard vote, now we're going to have corrupt open border democrats ruling indefinately.
The potus spot is open to any Democrat who runs on zero third world immigration.
They kind of did away w primary elections so GL w that.

Elon's party would fare pretty well, the only problem is he already said too much.
Massive third world migration/labor, eliminate SS, you know very popular ideas.
He'll try to spin it but I wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw him.

Hey the tight wad richest man in the world is here to save the working class, can you imagine lol.

Btw I don't buy that richest man in the world bullshit for a second.
He's probably closer to filing bankruptcy.

So, what is the exact plan here?

Stand candidates in all relevant electorates and hope to get enough votes to get some winners

    OR

Focus just a few candidates in winnable electorates and hope for the best?

As a person who leans Libertarian this whole situation is why I feel like we are Fuct.

Vote for "America Party, or Ross P, the Tea Party, or Libertarian party or any other party that isn't R" and you are not only throwing your vote away you are de facto casting a vote for D.

So you "do the right thing" and cast your vote for R...... because they represent most of your views..... and then every few years its another debt ceiling catastrophe.

My economics background tells me we probably cant go zero deficit without huge negative impacts but I sure as shit didn't sign up for this Bill in entirey.

At this point if the option is voting for R and getting betrayed is it maybe better and vote D because at least you get the benefit of the social security blanket. I habe never thought in these terms before but the results are driving me in that direction.

My take has been this for years- I like the idea of the "Big 3", borrowed from the American auto industry.

The Big 3 I want to see- Republican, Democrat and Libertarian. Instead of making a new party, I think Elon should take over and build up the Libertarian party and merge the Green Party into it.

Creating another party is a lame idea, especially now that the libs hate Elon, it wont go anywhere.

wife and i have decided we will no longer vote for anyone in the republican establishment - which means we simply won't vote. if that means we are tacitly voting for dems, so be it. at least you know what to expect with them. our votes don't matter anyway. the republicans continue to betray the people who put them in power, again and again. they don't deserve the time it takes us to vote.

regarding social security, both parties will end up agreeing to means testing for it anyway. and sure, it will only make a small dent in the problem, but it will make the rest of the country who is broke feel good. this is a lock. i will try to jump on at 62, but don't think i will reach that before this is done.

I haven't voted R or D for president since 08 Obama. Not like it matters where I live, so generally try to prop third party numbers, usually libertarian.

by the by havent heard anyone mention FEMA once which seems pretty fucking insane considering how much property damage occurred.

also get ready for a florida syndrome where affordable property insurance basically becomes unavailable, putting tens of thousands of people at risk of being ineligible for their mortgages overnight basically.

the thing is, trump has done tremendous damage to the fabric and credibility of democracy, and hes not going to stop until he has torn down the checks and balances that stand between him becoming a xi or putin.

elon's just another autistic drug addict. for now. i read a great line about elon recently... the worlds richest man hacked the most powerful government in the world and then proceeded to fumble it completely and utterly. like he literally bought this entire nation. all he had to do was keep his mouth shut and not make a scene. couldnt do it. just a totally and utterly unserious person.

so yeah i dont worry about elon. i celebrate his many, many losses but im not like 'o shit this guys going to make the groundwater radioactive and tell everyone to shut up and drink gatorade' and thats basically exactly how i feel about trump.

Yeah, the dem candidate for president didnt win a single primary. Got appointed to the nomination by imperialists who ruled out the dem electorate. That fascism is what tine thinks is democracy.

why would you celebrate his losses? are you not impressed or at least pleased with how he has advanced our space programs, the freedom he has given so many people all over the world with his satellite networks? many more things. i just don't get the hate.
