    What a waster of taxpayer money; 77 million, as the project will fail. You cant suddenly house the homeless. Add- Druff's new neighbors.

    It resembles a tropical resort from some angles, with swaying palm trees and a replica bell tower. The location is Valentine Road Apartments, which started off as a 142-room, three-story La Quinta Inn but is now in the middle of a $77 million transformation creating 134 studio apartments for people who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
