Driving merrily along on a 3 way highway clogged traffic, all of a sudden car goes FLYING by on the shoulder well over 100 miles car shook our car. Wife was horrified and said guys like that deserve to perma lose their license. Saw cops everywhere on the drive. 2 or so minutes later 5 cop cars came wizzing by. We both laughed and high fived.
