he is/was disguised as a police officer with uniform and an SUV that looks like a police vehicle, that was abandoned at the 2nd politicians home after a shoot out with the police, he ran back into the home and escaped out the back door, he had a manifesto in that vehicle of more politicians names in it....

I don't think it's that simple.
I bet when this shakes out, this will turn out to have been religiously motivated.
Between the Christian homeschooling, the targeting of pro-abortion politicians, and the "No Kings" fliers, he was probably against anyone he perceived to be a threat to Christian values. Recall that, while Trump's appointees to the Supreme Court killed Roe v Wade (and he agreed), this didn't outlaw abortion, but instead put law in the hands of the states. Minnesota is a blue state. There is a good chance he's a registered Democrat, given the Walz appointment 6 years ago.
So instead of calling this a politically motivated shooting, I think we should be calling it a religiously motivated shooting.

This is a complicated, intelligent individual. Consider this theory: he was planning on not getting caught of course, at least initially, and trying to incite violence on the left by targeting individuals and locations that would easily be blamed on Republicans to coincide with the "No Kings" protests. His motives are obviously the NGO cuts.

We know for sure he had some scam NGO in the Congo, apparently he had also taken out a 420k SBA loan - funding is cut for multiple USAID projects there and shortly after he is looking for work. What's the logical conclusion? Were financial problems likely the largest issue in this person's life prior to the shootings?
Well, it seems like he concluded he was a loser and snapped. He was probably broke. I mean to work as someone removing bodies from nursing homes in your mid 50s, I don't really don't know what to say about that. I mean, if that has been your trade for 25 years that's one thing, but just to get into that line of work in your mid-50s there is something much deeper going on. And this Republic of Congo, sounds like a scam.
My guess he was flat out broke, probably had a foreclosure notice and just lost his mind. Since he worked for years in the Democratic party in MN, I am sure he felt he was wronged by them and that was that. I am sure he is in the woods with a self inflicted gunshot wound by now.
