First, it’s libel, not defamation. Second, Musk didn’t publish anything libelous. He said Trump is in the Epstein files. That’s probably true, meaning his name is in there somewhere. He didn’t call him a pedo. Innuendo is not actionable. Third, a lawsuit will open up Trump to a video taped deposition. That will not go well for the Orange Man.

The high likelihood is that both had loose connections to Epstein, and both probably knew what was going on with him, but neither likely went to the island or touched underage girls.

Dems impeached Trump twice and invented crimes to charge him with. i know russia extended the branch but he would never move there unless china turned him down, which they never, ever would. he basically handed his IP to half a dozen chinese EV companies because why shouldnt he, they already had it anyway and this way he gets paid.

russia would instantly pressure him to cut off starlink to ukraine and the ukraine wet boys would leave him smeared across the charred ceiling of his limo in short order. theres nothing there for him.
