Fixed one bug, added a feature.
To embed tweets, just paste the entire URL now. No [twitter] tag necessary anymore.
Also, quoting multiple tweets from a single post doesn't screw up the quotes anymore.

Example:
Here's just a Twitter URL without a tweet: https://twitter.com/ToddWitteles
Here is a tweet.
https://twitter.com/ToddWitteles/status/1252388653193506818
Here is another tweet:

BUMP
Fixed the x.com issue with embedding tweets from the X URL. Was breaking things when people used to x.com URL. Damn Elon.
Example:
https://x.com/ToddWitteles/status/1701203062977855973
now embeds like this.....
https://twitter.com/ToddWitteles/status/1701203062977855973
BUMP again
I noticed that the URL I displayed under the embedded Twitter post was no longer working, and if you clicked on it, you'd get the main Twitter page.
This is because Twitter killed that format of links to their site (without telling anyone, apparently), so I had to modify the software to use the newer format which has been the standard for awhile.
This fix is retroactive, so any previous tweet embedded here (even going back many years) will now work properly.
Something that has long irritated me is the inability to embed a reply tweet by itself, without also including the tweet it's replying to. Sometimes I like that, but other times I just want the tweet itself.
Introducing the [x] tag.
If you just type the Twitter URL for a replying tweet, it will show up like this:
https://twitter.com/ToddWitteles/status/1926117095189758056
But if you use the new [x] tag, it can be by itself. Just type the tweet number (the number at the end of the URL) in the tag, like this:
[x]1926117095189758056[/x]
https://twitter.com/twitter/status/1926117095189758056
