Doug Polk put out a damning video 2hrs ago on YouTube. If even a decent amount of what’s being said is true. ACR is on the verge of becoming the biggest fail since Lock Poker.

But the question is for how much longer. Polk makes it clear Phil was claiming they were having liquidity issues which I would question how they would’ve magically gone away. If the liquidity issue is legit it probably still exists and also reinforces the fact that several have claimed that Phil has given the green light for some of these “technical” issues when the site has crashed and it was due to overlays not actual problems. The red flags are getting worse and worse clearly even if it’s slowly. The titanic is heading towards the iceberg and everybody is rearranging deck chairs.
Old story actually.

Interestingly, Scott Ball wanted to talk to me about this, but then went silent.
Initially I believed it was Ball who screwed everyone, as he had a bad rep and it made more sense for him to be the one at fault (an individual) rather than a fairly lucrative company. But now I'm coming around to believe ACR really had a major hand in this whole thing, and perhaps Ball was innocent or mostly innocent.
But this won't be the end of ACR.
One other thing to keep in mind. Polk has an affiliation with Club WPT Gold, which sees ACR as its main competition. Club WPT Gold's X account (run by SrslySirius) frequently bashes ACR and highlights their issues and shadiness. It's to Polk's benefit to make ACR look bad here. Not saying that Polk is incorrect, but he's not an unbiased observer in this one.
