Presently these sites are quasi-legal. They're not legalized, but they're engaging in what they believe to be a legal loophole to allow them to operate for real money. The recent legislation described would expressly make these sites illegal.

These idiotic politicians need to wake up and smell the money. Theyre about to start getting less money from the feds. If they stopped do stupid shit like this they could tax the sites and the players and bring in money. May not be as much as the sportsbooks but given time ill bet it would still be lucrative for the states.
