Yes indeed. He has the patent (not open source btw) on selling futuristic unrealized tech. What struck me was the ridiculous hyperbole
“You’ll never work again”. “You will have EVERYTHING you want”. “We will all be on Mars”
The robot pitch was ketamine fueled nonsense but there it is for posterity to ridicule. I mean like two years from now.
Does he believe he knows how to do everything? I don’t believe he does but he loves the science fiction. The poetry he uses to describe these fanciful visions pleases himself and his audience.
He likes the sound he makes and the money it has always attracted. He’s going harder and painting more extreme word images cause desperate times demand it. Not because he believes it. He is a gifted salesman. PT Barnum I said years ago.
It would have been more convincing if he spoke with quiet confidence instead of wild hyperbole.
