I only made it through the first two paragraphs of his new blog because it started to make my blood boil, but the good thing is the scumbags dropped the charges because that had jack shit. Thank you to Vince for getting a lawyer down to see Tony to tell him these charges were bogus. I wish to God cops had to face the music for making up charges. Very happy for Tony but very sad that this will follow him now. Every cop from here on out will see "charged with making acts of terrorism" when they pick him up. And trust me that cop will give zero fucks that those charges ended up being dropped.

Tony was playing in Houston, Texas until the coronavirus shutdown. Texas is a good spot for him. The games are loose and he can't play his big leak of a game, video blackjack. Also, the hotel rooms are cheaper. He says he's going back to Kansas during the shutdown to live at his mother's house. But once poker comes back it will take him a good while to cycle through all the Texas poker rooms.
He's a very good small-blind NL player. It's the blackjack that takes him down. He would be well off by now if he just stuck to poker.

I've studied him intensively since 2011 excluded my current lapse. Some aim crew members used to complain that he was all I talked about. That being said, in all of my years of studying him he has never been in a good place, and has been in worse places than this many times.Besides his blog post Tony followed up on facebook with this which shows he is not in a good place.

i lost interest in posting the blog as often as i used to (multiple times a month) to only 1-2 entries a month. that blog ruined my life. do u know how many casinos i got banned at by the corporate office where id never done anything wrong, simply because they heard the story of my blog arrest and were uncomfortable with the situation and didnt know me well enough to know im never a threat to anyone? and how a lot of what theyve read online were made up stories, such as the golden gate one? i still get comped rooms there and play BJ there on every visit, i qualify for a host there. but their BJ sucks now its all 8 deck and shuffles now at 5 out 8 decks when it used to shuffle 6 1-2 out of 8 decks. the pit boss lady in the early morning kind of understands autism and is always nice and knows the incident never happened.
speaking of which, im running low on money lately. i lost over 15k in vegas feb thru may playing BJ and on expenses, and then when i flew to dallas early may i lost about 7k more on costs, and a 3000 loss on pot limit dramaha and bomb pots one day, and a 2100 loss one other day playing a bigger game to get even. ever since ive done nothing but buyin 60 and have eventually recovered over 2000 in the last 10 days. but im sick of playing NL instead of plo. im down to 25k
i think an excellent way to solve my financial issues, a lot of u who are attorneys here see how ridiculous the arrest in vegas was. especially since the cop who did it said he was making it much more than what he knew the prosecuting attorney would go along with, simply because he was upset over the mandalay bay incident. how do we go about filing a false arrest lawsuit? the right attorney should be able to get at least 50-250k this is something ive never persued. also i need the help of a social worker or attorney to write a lot of places to help me lift old bans from many years ago i dont know how to do on my own. i would even find a way to pay them.

Putin really deserves the Noble Peace Prize for the restraint he is showing in the Ukraine. he couldve easily bombed and destroyed Kiev into the stone age years ago and ended the war, but he doesnt want to take over the country (or anywhere in europe for that matter). so he sticks to the far eastern 1 5th of the country where most of the Ukrainian citizens all speak Russian and were being persecuted by their own government, and would like nothing better than to have peace with Russia.
Imagine if the US were at war with Mexico and Russia was giving Mexico arms to use inside the US, i guarantee u the US wouldnt be showing the restraint Putin is showing. Biden is even talking about giving Ukraine nukes. he really wants to see billions of people perish worldwide, and thinks this way Trump wont have a country left to run except for one utterly destroyed and uninhabitable with 95% of its people dying. Ukraine will end up that way too if they dont hurry up and sign a peace agreement. last time Zelensky tried to sign a peace agreement early on in the war by agreeing not to join Nato, the US and Britian demanded they tear up the agreement so it never came into being.
Instead, the US and Zelensky decided to let millions of Ukrainian citizens be forcibly enscripted and die just to try to make Russia a little bit weaker militarily.
But u guys dont want to worry about nuclear war you want to hear about poker. And the poker is so good in Dallas i dont want to go hide out in the Upper Peninsula of Mi or in deadwood or Wendover NV to be away from the bombs. because even if i was far away from the bombs, poker likely wouldnt exist in all the chaos anyway. that would be the last thing on anyones mind. so i might as well have died in the initial blast.
Yeah when lightning brought me back from KS, i still had about 38k left or so. and i built it up a little, and after paying a months rent for a place to stay thru Dec 6th, i still had over 37k left. and now im in the 43,000s so im doing okay. i still have about another 10 days or so left. The 1-2 PLO is beatable for a large amount here, and according to Bill Potts, (who is here in town now) is because of the $10 straddle being done by over 90% of the players UTG. (the only straddle allowed). now i dont think this is the case, i think its just because they play bad and the game would be good even if they dont straddle. its certainly not mandatory. but he disagrees.
But i do seem to be winning about 10-15k every month here with my short sample size of 3 months. one month of about 16k one month of about 3k and one month of about 8k. Something is causing the large wins. and unlike anyone else in the country there are often as many as 6 tables of 1-2 PLO. where else can u walk into a poker room and find that many PLO tables going along with quite a few NL tables?
ive got an enormous amount of books i took back with me from my mothers house ive had no time to read. ive only finished 2. Also she gave me an old Bible of hers and i promised to read at least 1 chapter each day. ive also got a 2000 piece jigsaw puzzle ive never got around to starting because i waste too much time gambling on the computer. though i had a large sized table where im staying thats certainly big enough to hold it. my ACR balance has gone down a little but im still working on the same money i deposited a month ago plus ive withdrawn $50 twice.

A misdealt hand
in the earlier dream i was walking with someone past a bridge and was going by a church i thought i might attend the sunday morning service at, and i was mad it wouldnt list the start times for the service and told the person with me that was poor customer service not to say what time it started for those whod never been there before. then i was being carried down a long highway and im going thru a grocery store looking for the bathroom on a scooter thats turned into a bookstore and some lady tells me we will have to charge u for sitting in here and im thinking im not sitting, im moving on this scooter the whole time. then i see some food charges unbelievably low, huge sized bags of chips saying they were damaged in a truck accident and were $1 each and right next to them they had a make your own hot dog offering it free, but then i say a sign saying for cops only.
and in the other dream im in a place trying to remove thistles from my clothes and there are quite a few im getting on the floor, and some people are saying there were tons of good plays here but all i see falling down from the floor above is a ton of hair and more thistles then someone turned out the lights and it went dark and im holding a cat for protection and im wondering how to get out of there without stepping on any, and i felt someone coming towards me and i start yelling the name of Jesus and i woke up.

Well im in my hotel needing to go back to sleep before i go to any grocery stores or poker games and im lying in bed listening to Elvis Presley and doing my laundry. yes i have a washer and dryer in my unit which is like 4 different rooms so i can wash both pairs of pants without needing to keep back one or a pair of pajamas to wear while its being washed. and of course my 30 or more shirts. i ran out of clean clothes the month i spent at the casino in Oklahoma. still had just over 49k when i returned, not too bad and a 5k increase over the month. went up there on Dec 6th.
those 10 hormel meals i could never eat at the casino since i had no access to a microwave came in very handy when i checked into my hotel too tired to go anywhere and buy food, i ate 5 of them warming them up in the microwave and have 5 left. now this room i only paid for 2 nights, so i might not want to buy food til i know where im going to stay.
another new poker room opened up in the dallas area, (its on poker atlas if u want to investigate) but it seems like all thats been going so far is 1-2 NL. why is that game so popular? NL holdem isnt even real poker. if u dont believe me, ask Chip Reese.
now lets talk about the misdealt hand which is the subject of this latest blog. the good news is the casino manager in the pit who i complained to whose over the poker room which currently has no manager, compensated me partially by giving me a $100 free bet voucher but thats really only worth $50 since its promo chips and i was out more money than that from the dealers error and the supervisors much bigger ruling error. i highly doubt most poker supervisors wouldve made that ruling.
the rule here is if u run it twice when everyone is all in and its before the flop, you cannot do 2 boards like most places let u do. its the turn and river is all thats done twice. not the flop.
so not being sure of this rule, and a dealer who wasnt aware of this rule, went to deal 2 boards. i wouldve corrected him immediately had i known the rule. the first board i won. and the second board another player won. the 3rd player who was all in also lost both. i realized the error after the pot was split because of comments from others about how they dont allow 2 boards. so i asked for the floor.
u see i had won the first pot which was done correctly, and seeing I had both a set and the nut flush draw i had a great shot of both pots if they took back the 2nd board like they shouldve done and dealt a new turn and river, which would be the correct way to do it.
and if they wouldnt be willing to do that, they couldve at least awarded me the first half of the pot for the board i won, and then since they messed up on the 2nd board, split the other half of the pot 3 ways which would give me half of the pot plus 1 third.
had i not asked for the floor, i wouldve at least got half the pot. but i knew i deserved much more than half.
the supervisor ruled since the dealer made a mistake, to split the pot 3 ways. so i got really fucked. this way the guy who lost both pots even got his money back. and he is a guy who usually wasnt the supervisor but a dealer working as floor who made the bad ruling.
there was NO mistake on the first board(pot) which i won in full, that gave me at least half, not 1 third (my own money back).
had the pot been done right i couldve easily ended up with 159x6 or at least 159x4 not 159 total. this is why i complained to the pit manager who often comes into the poker room to oversee poker and why he felt i should receive the extra compensation he got the guy over him to approve which he brought me about 30 minutes later after i talked to him
i hope most of u, especially those who work in poker, can see why this is the fairest way to handle the situation (take the 2nd board back and run the first turn and river twice with the flop where i flopped the monster). this is the rule in that cardroom. allins where everyone agrees to run it twice are flop then turn river twice.
will now try to sleep but first i need to move the clothes from the washer to the dryer and for whatever reason unlike a normal washer its more than an hour long just to wash. they can dry while im sleeping.
