got this family of deer that pop out every few days, which is weird cause there's only this tiny patch of woods nearby, otherwise it's reeeaaally Detroit like residential, but those bastards be popping out and scaring me
I use Tactacam cellular trail cams also. It's a good option not just for hunting but to keep an eye on anywhere that doesn't have WiFi. I actually just bought another to put up at a house I just purchased. For anyone not familiar, you can cable lock these to something, and if someone tries to steal them, they have a theft recovery mode and are brickable.
I've had a Doe, a Buck and a horse wander in my back yard. My dog ran out to confront them, but quickly thought better of it and ran back.
A pack of Coyotes, beavers and a giant raccoon also made their way back there among the skunks, rabbits and chipmunks.
Fortunately, no Bears have been spotted in my yard. But other neighbors have had them! I intend to call the Bear Patrol if they make an appearance!

coyotes need killing but rarely see them around here.
lots of deer hunting here. i grew up doing it. haven't shot a deer myself in a couple of decades. i feed them and will walk around property with a rifle just in case the right buck pops up. last time i shot a deer, it was actually 2 in one shot. i lined up the necks of 2 does at about 75 yards and pulled the trigger on my 30.06 once, and they both fell in opposite directions.
mainly just enjoy being outdoors on my compound seeing what all is out here.
Unless they're a nuisance and showing up in public locations threatening people's pets or people themselves Yotes serve a purpose on the food chain. I hear them all the time out here in AZ since I moved down into a semi rural desert area which has swaths of miles of open area in between us and the one town to the east and one unincorporated area to the West (plus the Gila River Indian Rez runs up against it in a few places). The yotes mostly control the wild rabbit and ground squirrel populations out here which are pretty large already).

All of the newer models take video too. You can set them to take pictures, burst shots, and/or videos. I think the video length is limited to a max of 15 seconds at a time on the models I have. If one has things frequently triggering the cameras battery life becomes a big issue for video and picture quality settings.
Coyotes where I live take small dogs and cats. You hear them at night when they catch something and it sounds awful.

Didn't take any pics but there are a shitload of coyotes around my house this year, and they're showing up earlier and earlier in the day.
I used to only see them late at night.
This week I saw one strolling around the neighborhood at 4pm.
